Discovered that the entire area under the bed on our 2003 Artic Fox 1140 had delaminated. Called Artic Fox and was told that it was a water problem and to take it to their factory that was closest to us. I told them to fix it whether it was my problem or theirs.
They replaced the entire front fiberglass panel at their expense. They told me that the front window had been improperly installed and that it probably had been leaking from day one. In addition they pulled all the other window to inspect for further leaks. None were found.
When we started our search for a truck camper, we were told that Artic Fox was a quality product and had a super service reputation. My experience with them is proof of that.
